Customized Solutions for Scope Accessories

Customization of Scope Accessories

At FORESEEN OPTICS, we specialize in professional customization of scope accessories, including scope rings, one-piece mounts, rails, adjustment wheels, rifle scope sunshades, and various non-firearm CNC-machined accessories (restricted by Chinese law). Our systematic customization process ensures precision, quality, and timely delivery to meet your unique requirements.

How to Start?

Our customization process begins by understanding your needs and transforming them into tailored solutions. Here’s our step-by-step workflow:

1. Requirement Analysis and Initial Quotation

Upon receiving your quantity, blueprints, and specific requirements (e.g., strength, precision, material), we evaluate the necessary materials and manufacturing processes.

Whether you specify aluminum grades (e.g., 7075 or 6061) or only strength parameters, we calculate costs based on material pricing and estimated machining hours.

After analysis, we provide an initial quotation.

2. Solution Development and Negotiation

Our technical team collaborates with you to finalize pricing and delivery schedules.

Drawing on our expertise, we present multiple solutions tailored to your needs, detailing the pros and cons of each to ensure the final choice aligns with market and performance expectations.

3. Prototype Development

After selecting a solution, we quickly create a prototype using CNC machining (machining costs apply).

At this stage, we accurately determine unit production costs (within ±10%) and can send prototypes for your testing upon request.

Note: Prototypes may use alternative materials (e.g., 6061 aluminum) due to order volume requirements for specialized materials like 7075 aluminum.

4. Approval and Validation

After prototype testing and feedback, we finalize the design through mutual approval.

This stage ensures the product fully meets the original design and performance standards, as well as industry certifications and technical specifications.

5. Pilot Production

Once the prototype is approved, we initiate a small-scale pilot production run.

The purpose of this phase is to validate the stability of the mass production process, assess manufacturing costs, and ensure consistent product quality. It also allows further optimization of materials and processes.

6. Mass Production

After addressing any issues from the pilot phase, we proceed to mass production.

Our production line, fine-tuned during the pilot run, ensures every accessory meets strict standards for mechanical performance, appearance, and durability. We focus on every detail to guarantee reliability and consistency.

7. Delivery

Finished products undergo stringent quality inspections before on-time delivery.

We offer shipping services from China to ports or door-to-door, ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition. Post-delivery, we provide technical support and after-sales services to help you launch your products swiftly.

Process Flow: Precision Manufacturing

Our manufacturing process is meticulously designed to ensure the highest quality and functionality for every accessory:

A. Profile Processing

Extrusion techniques are used to create the internal and external shapes of the product. Some designs may require two extrusion molds: one for the main profile and another for small U-shaped blocks (e.g., bottom fastener screws).

B. Material Cutting

Profiles are cut into rough blanks of the required width.

C. Positioning Hole Drilling

Precision positioning holes are drilled to ensure accurate assembly.

D. Side Surface Grinding

The side surfaces of parts are ground to ensure flatness and uniformity.

E. Ring Splitting

Circular ring components are cut into upper and lower sections.

F. Hole Drilling and Threading

Holes are drilled and threaded according to design specifications.

G. Deburring

Parts are polished and rounded to remove burrs and sharp edges, ensuring a smooth finish.

H. Anodizing

Anodizing enhances the durability and appearance of the parts.

I. Assembly and Packaging

Final components are assembled, quality-checked, and packaged to meet client specifications.
