In 1987, Glyn Bindon, inspired by binoculars, invented the prism scope and founded the Trijicon brand. Since then, Trijicon’s prism scopes have become synonymous with lightweight and precise rifle optics. However, their steep price—often exceeding $1,000—has made them inaccessible to many military, law enforcement units, and hunters.
 
At FORESEEN OPTICS, we possess comprehensive production lines for both binoculars and rifle scopes, and we are committed to addressing the high cost of prism scopes. Through extensive research and analysis, we determined that unless used in extremely harsh and prolonged special operations environments, prism scopes can be optimized for various rifle platforms while remaining affordable for the average consumer.
 
First, we retained the fiber optic illumination but eliminated the costly and radioactive element-based illumination, opting instead for mature and cost-effective LED technology. Second, we replaced the low-volume, expensive forging process with a more stable and scalable die-casting technique. Finally, we sourced locally produced optical lenses and prisms to further reduce costs.
 
As a result, FORESEEN OPTICS’ prism scopes have become the go-to choice for brands offering lightweight rifle optics to mid-range budget consumers. Our products maintain high performance while offering a more accessible price point, enabling more users to experience the advantages of lightweight and precise prism scopes.
